Continental API online?

I think I must be having a bit of a senior moment :rolleyes1 because I can't find anywhere on the Continental site for me to enter Advance Passenger Information for DD's and my trip next month.

I'm sure I did it last time DH and I flew with Continental, and I asumed it was somewhere in the manage 'my booking' section, but I can't see it anywhere. I've checked the 'help' section and carried out a search, but still found nothing :3dglasses

Any help much appreciated! :)
 
I booked some New York tickets with them this week and entered API when booking the tickets. Could you have already done it? Just had a look at my booking and you can do it there under 'edit traveller information'.
 
Log into your booking and scroll down to "Edit traveler information" (it's under "View/Change Seat") under each persons name :thumbsup2

However, no matter how many times I've done mine everytime I go into it it hasn't saved! I don't know what else to do! It also won't accept Pop as my address in the US, it's been all sorts of hassle!

Let me know how you get on incase it's just me being stupid :confused3

I've looked under 'edit traveller information', but all it asks me for are things like phone numbers, meal preferences, etc. :confused3

I did wonder whether I've already done it and just forgotten :crazy:, but I thought that I'd still be able to go back in and edit the information if, for example, our accommodation details changed.

I was planning to check in online, so I hope the information is already logged, or I could be stumped!

Customers are required to provide information as it appears on their government-issued ID they plan to use when traveling.
Get more information about documentation requirements.

and it's basically your Name, DOB,what ID you're using (Passport) and if you're male or female. Although mine refuses to save the Passport option, everytime I go into it it states "Not Selected".

It also states at the bottom an option to click:
I will return to continental.com, or contact Continental to provide this required information at least 72 hours before departure, and understand that failure to do so could result in TSA security check-point processing
 
If you have done it it will come up under your seat number (inside Edit Traveller Information) and will state something like Traveller ID then your full name.

My travel agent did mine as I was having trouble, and yes, anytime you go in to check it, it will reset itself so she had to phone me as she knew I would be checking!! My trouble was that I couldn't get it to accept my UK phone number and it kept deferring to the US.

My phone number keeps going back to USA number rather than UK! Looks like we'll all be having a long time at immigration then! I'm still trying to sort out seat allocation, has let me choose outbound but not inbound.
 
Well, I can report some success :thumbsup2 DD's details have all gone in okay as far as I can tell :)

I've given up on the seat selection because the whole system seemed to have a mind of its own! I'm just going to wait until online check-in to try to get that sorted.

At least this thread has made me see I'm certainly not the only one having a few problems with this!! ;)
 
Mine kept reverting to US telephone number too. But my travel agent got it working - don't know how, sorry!

I have had no problem with seat selection although just recently they have changed the format, so maybe you can't select right now while they are doing that!

Why not give them a ring - they are apparently very nice and helpful?

It has been driving me crazy for weeks! At least I know the actual part they need is in. Still no joy about getting them to accept Pop as an address but that's optional anyway!

Although I don't see it under my seat number :confused3
 
Why don't you give them a ring? I really would as I hate anything like that not being 100% right. I see from your ticker that you are going quite soon too - I bet it is easily fixed.
