I just read on continental.com that effective september23rd continental will move from terminal A to terminal B the gates will also be relocated in airside 3 instead of airside 1.This is because of the continental/united merger that will take effect next year.dis sjw

I was a little confused, until I looked at the map on the MCO web site, I always thought gates 1-60 were part of terminal A and 61+ were part of terminal B.

Checking Continental.com, the planes are flying out of gates 33-39 (which are not the current United gates). According to United.com, they are keeping their gates. So, it looks like the new United will have ~ 8-10 gates in airside 3.
