I called Continental Airlines tonight because I could not access my account online and got a real shock. They had changed my flights without notifying me at all. My departing flight on Saturday had been changed from 9:15 to 11:55am. That's not too bad but my return flight from Orlando to Reno on Friday Dec 12, our group would now have to spend the night in Houston as there are no other evening flights departing. My only other option is a 6:30 am flight on Saturday Dec 13 to go home. They did not notify me whatsoever even though the Customer Service rep said there have been 3 changes so far to my flights!!! We will now have to spend an extra unplanned day at WDW. The only compensation they would "offer" me was that they waived the $100.00 change fee for changing my return flight to Saturday. They said if this wasn't sufficient, they would refund my tickets. I can't find a cheaper flight and this makes me so mad that I doubt I will fly Continental in the future. They blamed the reason that I was not contacted was that I had booked online even though the CS rep had my phone number and email address on file and I had signed up for their trip alert, which was to notify you of schedule changes and cancellations.

:( :(

American Airlines changed my flight, which I had booked online, but did they notified me. I was very upset because I am meeting my daughter and grandson at the airport (they're flying in on Northwest) and the change would have meant a 4-1/2 hour wait for them before I got in. When I called, they were able to switch me to another flight, and because it was THEIR schedule change, there was no charge for the change. Now there's only about 15 minutes difference between our arrivals.

Maybe they could route you through a different airport? That's what they did for me - instead of going from New Orleans to St. Louis to Orlando, I'm now going from New Orleans to Dallas-Ft. Worth to Orlando. Hope they will be able to do somthing for you. Doesn't seam like "customer service" means much anymore.

Continental Airlines have changed my flights before too. It was no big deal but I did find it very amusing that they "offered" to drop the $100 per ticket change fee.
