Contemporary -Where do I refill?

With all the changes in the lobby of the Contemporary, where would I go to use the refillable mugs? I am thinking of booking a package there in a tower view room.

As of right now with the Food & Fun Center being closed, the Contemporary is the only WDW Resort not selling any mugs. The reason is their temporary cs location does not have the equipment for the soda machines, which was told to me this past August by a manager of the Food & Fun Center when they were still open.

However on August 14, 2008 is to be the scheduled opening of Chef Mickey's Express on the 4th floor where the Concourse Steakhouse use to be. Once they open they should go back to selling the mugs so guests can use them there.
