Contemporary to TTC/Epcot while resort monorail down

I am trying to get from the Contemporary to the TTC/Epcot monorail midday next week while the resort monorail is down. Is there a shuttle from the Contemporary to the TTC? I would prefer not to take a bus to Epcot or else walk to MK and take boat launch to TTC. I could drive to Epcot, but that means no drinking at World Showcase. I am assuming that I really can't walk to TTC from Contemporary. Any ideas? Should I just take a taxi to Epcot? it's a short trip and I don't want to miss any more time in Epcot than necessary. Thanks!

There will be bus service to Epcot while the resort monorail is down. If that doesn't work for you consider walking over to the MK bus stop and getting on a bus for BW/BC/YC/Swolphin and entering World Showcase through the International Gateway entrance.
