Contemporary to Pop Century - how to get between resorts?

Can someone please tell me what transportation is available between the Contemporary and Pop Century?

We are staying at Pop Century and will be going to MK for the day (using Disney bus to get to the park).
Then we are taking the monorail from the park to the Contemporary for dinner at Chef Mickeys.

Other than taking a taxi - how can we get from the Contemporary to Pop Century (after dinner) - we will not be returning to the park?

The easiest thing for you to do would be to walk over to the MK after dinner (quicker than taking the Monorail) and get the bus to Pop from there.

Just walk from the RC to the MK bus stops or take the monorail back to MK. Frankly, I think it would be shorter to walk to the bus stops than to take the monorail and then walk to the bus stops from the monorail.

If you have small kids with you, please consider a taxi. It won't cost much and it will save you a lot of aggravation. Believe me. I have tried it both ways. It's worth the cost. You just walk up to bell services and ask for a taxi. There may even be one waiting there.

If you still want to use Disney transportation. You have to get to another park and then a bus to Pop. So...

If you are closest to the marina, take a boat to Magic Kingdom and then a bus to Pop.

If you are closest to the monorail, take the monorail to Epcot and then a bus to Pop.

If you are closest to the bus stop, take a bus to any park and then a bus to Pop.

It will take you at least an hour of travel time.

Thanks to all my fellow Disers for your help and info.

We are going in December - so if the weather is nice, we will walk back to MK and grab a bus.

Or depending on how tired DD (age 9) is - we may just grab a taxi.
