Contemporary to EPCOT?

We are staying at the Contemporary and will have a rental car. On our EPCOT day we have an ADR at 8am(no EMH). What is the quickest way to get there and about how much time do we need to get there? Car, monorail, bus? Also what time does the monorail system start running? Thanks

Since you are staying at a Disney resort, parking at the WDW theme parks is free - take the car and save yourself time and any hassles.

Should you choose to take the Monorail it starts at 7:00 AM and that should be the same time when the Epcot Monorail opens at the TTC, however other days it could 7:30 AM. Although since you will have a car that will be a lot faster for getting there.
