Contemporary to DTD

We will be staying at the CR for the first time in April. What options do I have to get from the CR to DTD using resort transportation?

There are no waterways that connect the Contemporary to Disney Springs, and it's about a six mile trip, so that would be quite a lengthy ride by boat.

There is boat transportation from the CR. but only to WL/VWL and FW.
