Is there an email I can use to request a specific floor at CR ? I know I can check in online and add the info there but we’re not doing that so wondered if there’s an email ?

There is an email only if staying club level, otherwise you have to call and have it noted on your reservation,

There is a place in your online reservation to show 'room preference' or similar words. Regardless of how you input it, there is no guarantee there will be space available. Is there some reason you are not doing online check-in?

Requesting a specific room is often counterproductive. If that one room isn't available, then the CM has no way of knowing why you wanted that room and will assign you to somewhere else at random. Things like "high floor" or "east side" make it more likely to get something satisfactory. Unless, of course, that specific room has some sort of sentimental value to you.
