I have heard that from the rooms in the tower you can see the castle while laying in bed, depending on whether or not you have an odd or even number room, does anyone know if this is true and which is it, odd or even?? Thanks so much!

1/2 the rooms face the MK, 1/2 face the lake. Just ask for a MK view on your reservation.

Thanks, I am aware of that, but I mean of the rooms on the MK side some have beds facing the castle and the others have an alternate setup. Anyone know about this?

You'd be looking for an odd numbered room, ending in 25-47 (odd).

When we checked into the CR, I asked the CM about this, and she said there are no rooms with beds that actually face the balcony, thus giving you an MK view. The odd number rooms have beds that are on the right side wall, and the even number rooms have beds that face the left side wall. (This is assuming you have an MK view as opposed to a Bay view, of course LOL).

There are no rooms configured with a wall long enough to have beds facing the balcony.

While there are no rooms that actually face the balcony, if you are in an odd-numbered room, you can lay in bed and look at the castle out over the balcony. If you are in an even-numbered room, you are facing away from the castle when you look out over the balcony.

We had an odd numbered room and I did indeed watch the castle change colors all night on the first night. After the first night, I had to close the curtains because I was losing sleep watching the castle!!

I'm sorry...I misunderstood! LOL

I thought the question was if there are beds facing the balcony (facibg the castle). That's where I went wrong when I checked in! Well, now I know for next time. Or beds were looking the other way. Wow, that must have been great to see the castle from the bed.
