Contemporary Observation Decks

Does anyone know if you can access the top floor observation deck from the external stairwells? I've heard some rumblings that people have gone to a couple floors below the CG floor and then used the stairs to get to the deck.

And, can you walk a stairwell from the concourse observation deck to the top floor observation deck?

Yes, I guess you could but it would be about 9 floors of staris to climb. You could take the elevator to the 11th floor and walk up from there. I don't know if the access door to the 14th floor observation deck has been closed or not. No one is supposed to have access to the 14th floor observation deck that is not eating at California Grill.

Addition:I just remembered that the doors to the stairs at the end of the hallways in the tower are now locked. Once you go out the doors, you can't get back in. So if you make it up to the 15th floor, you may have to walk all the way back down to either the 4th or 1st floor.

4th floor observation deck will get you back in, the upper floors are locked(you can go out but not in).
