Contemporary North Wing Construction

We've gotten word that a construction wall/fence has begun installation around the North Garden Wing at the Contemporary Resort. This would be in line with rumor of the DVC resort construction and the closure of the North Garden Wing had heard previously and an October closure date. There has been no official response from Disney however.

Like I noted in that thread, it looks to be a silt fence to protect Bay Lake.
It could mean anything.
