Contemporary garden wing view, std vs. garden?

Could you share your opinions on the views? We have part of a split stay booked garden wing std view, but I'm starting to worry about noise from the parking area/walkway. I've looked at the maps on touring plans to see where they are located. Is it worth the extra $50/night to get the garden view?

We have never stayed at the Contemporary. We don't mind walking. We do love that view of Bay Lake, and enjoyed seeing it when we once stayed at WL.

I wouldn't consider CR a noisy resort. I wouldn't consider any deluxe resorts noisy for that matter. I wouldn't worry about the noise level. The view may be a little nicer but I don't think noise is an issue unless you have really good ears

I've stayed in the 2 bedroom at Bay Lake Tower and had the most amazing stay, one of those "nothing could top it" type of trips. Last time I went we stayed at a garden wing standard view at CR and I was concerned about the view/room. Have to tell you the "basic/cheapest" level that CR has to offer was still awesome. We had a quiet room that looked out of the gardens but still had a slight view of the water. The room was HUGE, can and modern. I would have no problems at all booking garden wing standard again. Have fun!
