Contemporary Convention Center

I'll be attending a meeting at WDW for the first time. It will be held at the Contemporary. Is there convention parking available? I'm a DVC Member so will have a parking pass but I don't want them to tow my car (thinking I'm at MK for the day).

I would check if Dvc are entitled to free parking still, I know we aren't free in the parks unless staying onsite.
If not staying at contemporary resort you get a 3 hour parking pass.
You can park in a resort even if your not Dvc I think. Check before you park.

There are parking spots in front of the Convention Center and around it. Now being a DVC member won't have anything to do when it comes to allowing you to park at the Contemporary, however I am sure the Cast Members at the guard shack will know in advance of whatever meetings are scheduled and you can tell them that's why you are there.

Just tell security you are here for XYZ conference and you'll have zero issues I wouldn't throw more info into that conversation than that as a) you dont need to and b) don't want them to get confused...

I once had to use the business center there (after hurricane Charlie) and had a heck of time getting past the guard that day. He finally let me in, but I should have just gone to the MK lot and took the monorail. I had to do the payroll for our employees as we got stranded at WDW. That was the last trip without a laptop for me.
