Any updates on the renovations and changes at these 2 hotels?

I don't know what the schedule or plans are but we just got back from the CR north wing and they were putting in new carpet and wallpaper in all the hallways and painting too. It was a beige wallpaper and dark brown carpet so makes me wonder if they rooms are going to go beige too? Very subdued compared to what was there!
