Is it possible to get a room on this floor going through disney.go?

Yes you can book an Club Level Suite on the Disney World website.

I believe they are located on the 14th floor. Not sure if regular rooms are also available though.

So maybe you would have to call?

Yes you can book an Atrium Club Level room on the Disney World website.

Just a clarification. The Atrium Club in on Floor 12 and the Tower Club in on Floor 14. You can't specifically pick the Tower Club unless you want a suite or a TPV King room.

The 2 King bed and 2 double Queen bed rooms on the Tower Club floor are sort of available on the disneyworld.disney.go.com site.

The 2 King bed rooms are directly bookable. The 2 Queen bed rooms are mixed into a single Resort View - Club level that includes the Resort View rooms on the 12th Floor (Atrium Club). See the images attached below when checking for availability on the disneyworld.disney.go.com site.
