Contempo Cafe?

We are going to do the dining plan and plan on going over to Contempo cafe on our 2 MK days since we do not like CS at MK and Contempo has nice adult beverages. My question is that the menu at Contempo shows mixed alcohol drinks. I am just surprised that they offered mixed alcohol drinks at a CS. Is there someone there mixing them or are they prepackaged?

They are canned beverages in the cooler.

I will add all the CS with the exception of the pool bars - which have limited food options- are drinks in a can. Many of the parks have them as well but there are some exceptions (mostly maybe all Epcot) like Mexico. I had the DP for one day for the mug but Family had it we were with. Note all drinks in the park will be opened in the resorts you can store your can of ? for later.
