Contempo Cafe - Mickey waffles?

Does anyone know if the Contempo Cafe has mickey waffles?

Oh yeah! Most of the breakfast buffets have them and we've found some of the counter service restaurants have them at breakfast. We have gotten them at Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace and the Caribbean Beach Club food court. We aren't planning on a breakfast buffet this time so I was hoping to find them at a quick service location.

I did some more searching and it seems that the Contempo Cafe just has regular square waffles (someone correct me if I'm wrong, please). I did find that Caption Cook's at the Polynesian has them though, so we might just take a monorail ride over there and get them!

The mickey waffles are my daughter's favorite, so we want to get them at least once!

Others on here have mentioned the Contempo Cafe does not have Mickey Waffles.

IMO it should be a Disney "law" that everywhere should have Mickey Waffles - they just make me smile every time I see them!

I just got back from the Contemporary on Friday and THEY DO HAVE MICKEY WAFFLES!!!! The CM helping at the register told me they just added them last week. Their computers that you order from aren't even updated, yet - they're that new! So YES!!! They do have them!!! Both my DD and DS had them for breakfast a few times

Thank you so much for posting this! Yay! We're staying at Bay Lake Tower for the last 2 nights of our trip and won't have to go far to get our Mickey waffles!

Since you mentioned that the computers are not even updated yet, do you remember how to order the Mickey waffles? Are they served now instead of the normal waffles on the adult portion of the menu? Or are they part of a kids menu (in place of french toast or something)?

Thats great news. They definately didnt have them this past summer. They are DD's favorite. Do they have the kids waffles or the big ones?

I was there 2 weeks ago and the Mickey waffles were there.
The pics on the menu are regular waffles but when the order comes out they are Mickey.
You don't have to order anything special-- any waffle order will automatically be a Mickey. At least this was the way it was 2 weeks ago.
