I tried calling my advisor and he is on vaca!....now I will have too much time to think about it before I add-on....!!!

Adding on at VWL was worth it for us. After joining DVC in August '03 at BWV, we called 2 days later to add on 50 VWL points. A year later we bought a 50 point resale there. Another 6 months and then 3 months after that we bought 25 at each pop. So, we're at 150 and finished adding on there.

In the spring we always try to go to BCV, to spend some time in SAB. Even with that said, if, on the trip, we go to VWL as we did just earlier this month to go on a Wishes Cruise, DH and I both felt that this is really home.

So, it's an emotional thing. I honestly thought they built the WL to keep me from going back to the wonderful National Parks Lodges out West. We still have a trip scheduled for the Grand Canyon, south rim next May, so lucky us, we're still doing both.

Best wishes as you make your decision. There are lots and lots of VWL resales on the board's sponsor, maybe if you call TTS, you may find there are smaller contracts that are going as well. See, I am trying to help you part with that money!!

Several people have added on recently at VWL through Disney and got their points the same day. So depending on the Use Year you need, you may not have to wait at all. I added on at VWL back in late February and got the points that day.

I checked out the timeshare store but there are no small pt resales.
I am looking for no more then 50...can they break them up or would I be better off just going through Disney????

No one except Disney can change the number of points.

Did you contact TTS because many times the small contracts don't make it to the site. If you did contact them, and want to go with Disney, do it. We added on 25 points twice at the end of '05, and each time the points came through in less than a week.
