Hi folks. I have a CM relative who has gotten us a Contemporary concierge castle view room for 345/night during spring break. 12th floor. Last summer, we got poly concierge castle view for 235/night. How do the 2 compare? We are staying on points at BWV for the week & will only be there 1 nt. Poly is sold out. Is the $$ worth it? Is the food out all day, or only breakfast? Any info would help, thanks!

The 12th floor is the Tower Club, or "lite" concierge. I believe the Poly is "full" concierge. If you want full concierge at the CR, then you must stay on the 14th floor. I have stayed on the 14th floor, but not the 12th. I think the main differences are no soda, no booze, and no evening food (horderves and desserts).

we stayed 12th floor cr last oct and LOVED it. op is right about the food you only get breakfast and afternoon snacks but the service is the same. I have never stayed poly concierge so i cant compare for you but we had great service at the cr the cl cms made us feel truly special. one difference i do know is that cr concierge has much less people to cater to so we never had to wait to talk to a cm they got us ps for 3 different restaurants last minute. they were very helpfull with all our needs. we paid about the same as thre rate you got and would do it again in a heartbeat. :cool1:

We have stayed at both the Poly Concierge and CR Tower Club. IMHO, there is no comparison. The Poly was much better. The food offerings for breakfast and afternoon snacks are much less at CR Tower Club. There, the afternoon snack consists of some cookies, a small dish of Goldfish crackers and lemonade. That is all. The breakfast was also more limited in offerings of cereal and muffins types. There was not toast offered at CR either. There is nothing out at night when you return from the parks.

We also did not find the concierge at CR to be of much help with PS. We could not even get into any CR restaurant for dinner with them. We were very disappointed. We ended up eating in the Food and FunCenter (yuck). They did not get us into any of the PS we wanted and we were there at a slower time of year. Even though it costs less, I do not think we will ever stay at CR Tower Club again. Jay

wow we could not have had a different expierence. sorry to hear yours was so bad. we got ps 3 times and they helped us with numerous things. as for the afternoon snacks we had much more than cookies and lemonade. you are right about the nighttime food but i just have to tell you how nice the cms were one night i was talking with them and one of the cms was going up to the 14th floor i joked ans said bring down some snacks and when he came back he had a big plate of goodies. i have never stayed poly concierge but would love to after reading many post on here loving it. but i must say our stay on the 12th floor was magical!

I've stayed at the PR and the CR 14th floor. I preferred the PR. Now don't get me wrong, the 14th floor was wonderful, the CM's couldn't have been sweeter, but I just preferred the theming of the PR.

With a price difference of $100 and concierge light as opposed to full concierge, I don't see the 12th floor being much value.

I have stayed CR 12th fl and PolyLVC. The Poly is much better by far. The quantity and quality of offerings is much better and the Poly has a nice lounge while the Tower Club is in a hallway in front of the elevators.

We've never done CR Concierge, but have done Poly and LOVED it. So much food...and great view of the fireworks. Also, it has a 3 story lounge. Kinda nice!
