Contacting VMK About A Ban.

Hi There Dis People,

Recently I was banned for something that I KNOW I didn't do and was wondering if there was any way to complain to VMK about the ban besides contact us..I want to talk to the bozo in charge of banning people. They keep banning innocent people and a thousand kids are running around with virtual families even though I saw an announcement clearly in the newsletter of that being against Taken. I'm about fed up with the way things have been running lately. Thanks for your time and would love to see what I can do.

Let us know what they say, I was banned earlier this week for something someone else did. They banned our IP address for something my nephew who doesnt even live here was doing, and the thing he was doing, wasnt even bad!

Of course all I had to do was change my IP and were back on, but his character is banned, the reason why? He was running a game for someone to win a flip hat, and someone was really going to win a flip hat.

You're not supposed to write/reply to that address EVER unless told to. The contact page sets up an email format for the contact us person to read, and it's usually organized a certain way. If you email it straight out from your email, then you wont get a reply answering your question 95% of the time. However, using the contact us to write to that email will get you a reply... but maybe in 6 months...

I'd suggest calling that phone number. Most accurate way if you ask me

I did call the number and gave them an earful, So I did get the ban removed and thanks for showing me the numbers Now I just wish they would review things before they ban people...

uh.. the whole point of banning your IP address, is so you learn a lesson. your not supposed to change it. And Practically, i think changing the IP address is illegal

Changing your IP address is NOT illegal, please stop posting that it is.

Everyone's IP addy changes unless you have a static IP.
