Contacting Shades of Green

I have been trying to contact Shades of Green via their 888 number. I keep getting a constant busy signal. Does anyone know of an alternate way of contacting them? Thanks.

You could try contacting them via email. There is a link on their website. www.shadesofgreen.org You could also call disney and get their local number at their temporary location. I know the last time I called the 888 number it took forever to get through.

They are usually very busy. I believe they open at 7 AM EST. Try then. SOG is generally busiest at the start of weeks. When I need to call I usually call on my lunch break and get through at some point while I'm eating.

Unless their hours have changed, I believe the calling center is open from 8am to 5pm EST.

I believe they only have about 6 agents left to answer the phones (not including their admin or managerial personnel). If someone is on vacation there are even less. They should have gone into their slow season after Easter but when you have half the agents you normally have, it will still seem 'busy' to the guests having to wait.
