I’m staying at OKW (1 bedroom villa) in August and I’m wondering if I can make any room requests as I’m paying cash through Disney UK? If I can, what’s the best way to request them? I thought I might get the chance to when I did online check in but it didn’t come up with anything. Thanks

Hi, phone Disney UK (0800 1690 730) and tell them what it is you would like to request . They will make a note of it on your booking, but wont guarantee anything.

You can't actually call the resort direct they don't take calls all calls are directed to a call centre
