I need to email my points because i haven't been credited for a couple of shopping transactions, but I notice the Contact Us link under member services is gone. How has everyone been doing this? thanks julie
 
When I click on member services, there is still a contact us link over on the left side, in the blue margin. It is not listed in the middle of the page, but it is over there on the left.
 
I have been trying to contact them for almost a month now about missing points from four transactions. At first all of my e-mails were rejected because MyPoints said that there were attachments which there weren't. I cut and pasted all of my order confirmations into the body of the e-mail. About two weeks ago, I decided to try and contact them through member services about the problem. I got an e-mail back telling me that they were looking into the problem and to re-send the info. I did that last week and have heard nothing back from them. I plan on re-sending them my e-mails tomorrow. I had this problem earlier in the month of August and the points from that transaction were just credited to my account this week. It took almost three months for the points to be credited.
 
I have had to send emails for almost all of my purchases lately. What has me frustated this week is that I was told the 100 points from a purchase made in July would be credited in 5 days, and they instead put a hold on them until the middle of October. I emailed them to let them know that is not acceptable, as it will have been 3 months since the purchase - no response. Then I did a Lands End purchase through an email for 1000 points, which states it will be credited in 14 days. When I email them after the 14 days, I get the "it takes 30 days" - they don't even know what their promotions are before they respond. Very frustrating!!! I have emailed a response back, but if I don't hear from them within the 48 hours, I am calling them on Monday.

Just ask for member care. I had to call them before when I got locked out of my account, and they were very helpful. Wish they would be as helpful through email. :rolleyes:
 

Thank you for posting the number to Member Services. I re-sent my order confirmations (from 4 transactions) to them on Monday. I still have not heard anything back, not even the auto-response that states we have received your correspondence and assigned a tracking number to it. I have had to write to them about every purchase I have made through them in the past several months. I have sent them over twenty e-mails in the past two months just trying to get my missing points from these four transactions credited. I think that tomorrow I will just give them a call.
