Is there a way to contact your guide through email? Mine is Bernard Leupin if it matters. Thanks!

The guides do not have e-mail addresses on their business cards and they do not give out their e-mail addresses to clients either. DVC has made a decision (for many legal reasons) not to do this. You must contact Member Services to speak to your guide directly. At best, you can ask your guide for his/her direct phone #.

Thanks. I am so used to everyone doing email. It seems crazy to me. It's very convenient since you can send email at any time of day. Thanks for your info.

They do not have it in their cards but i had to fax a copy of my CM son's ID card and i had no fax machine handy so I e-mailed it and it worked.
