My facebook on my iphone was acting buggy, so I deleted it, thinking I could reinstall it. Well, now when I go to the app store, the button says "installed" and it won't let me install it. I can't find any place to contact them and ask what I should do.

Does anyone know a fix for this or how to contact facebook?

All I know is, even if you do contact Facebook, it'll take forever for them to get back to you. If they even do. That was the case with my school trying to get a Facebook page pulled.

That's not a FB issue. It's an Iphone issue. Your cell carrier should be able to help you. Go see them (AT&T or Verizon)

Have you reset it? First I'd do a hard reset (holding the button on the top right and the home button) at the same time until you see the apple. If that doesn't work, I'd plug it into your computer and let it sync. If that doesn't work...call AT&T I guess? Sorry!

Is that the same as turning it off and then back on? Did that. I didn't sync it, though. Not sure how, but I know my husband does because he did his. Thank you!

If you and your husband use the same computer, both of you syncing your phones to the same computer might mess things up. So if that's the case, ignore my syncing advice :rotfl:.

And to do a hard reset, hold the top right button down (the one you use to turn it off) and the "home" (circle button on the front) at the same time. You'll see "slide to turn off" show up on the screen, but ignore that. After a few seconds (sometimes it feels really long) the screen will turn black with a white apple in the center. Then you can let go of the buttons and it will turn back on. Don't worry, all your stuff will be there.

I hope that wasn't too confusing!

Not at all! I will definitely try that. I did that before, but I slid the thing when it told me to.

Well I did it and it didn't work. It still says installed. I guess I'll call my provider tomorrow.

Thanks for the help!
