Contacting CAA (QC) via e-mail...

Anyone try to contact CAA by e-mail recently? I sent them an e-mail on Friday to see if they could book the entire thing for us as one big ressie, and I got a failure e-mail today.

I used the e-mail link on the Disney page of the CAA-QC site...

I tried to book through our Disney AAA person in the states, but she said it would be better for us to book through CAA.

Any thoughts?

and found the one nearest to you and call them. After that, you will have a contact and you will be able to e-mail that person directly.

I actually received 2 emails from my TA at CAA. One yesterday (telling me my documents were in) and another this afternoon in reply to my confirmation that I received my documents. My TA was out of Thornhill. Good luck!

Thanks for the info... I am assuming maybe the server was overloaded with last minute summer vacation requests as well???

I will call later today when DD is napping. I wanted to have a contact set up before the packages are released so I do not have to start from scratch when trying to get CAA rate at March Break time.
