Hi all

I want to add a request to my accommodation booking, which was done directly through Disney. Does anyone know the number I need to call for this?

Also I got preferential viewing for fireworks, a $100 certificate, a Planet Hollywood voucher amongst other things included in my package but know nothing else about them and I go in 3 weeks! Do I have to do anything to claim these?

Thanks!

Did you get the free Airboat ride? been reading of others getting it this week.

Not sure what the current procedure is for requests, last twice mine have been totally ignored so I ask at check in now, no problems that way.

You can add requests to your booking by phoning the WDTC number on your reservation papers (It's changed since I used it and can't remember the new one).

Nothing needs to be done for the gift certificate/gift card. If you got a card its good to go and ready loaded

You DO need to make reservations for preferred fireworks so check your itinerary and pick a few suitable nights in case there is no space for your first choice. You also do that through WDTC and it's option 4. I'd do that first then ask them to transfer you to make a request on your accommodation :)

Wishes preferential viewing booked up until July :( They really should make it clearer you have to call up to book this!!

I also got told they couldn't add my room request to my reservation as they only did it 5 days out - I am sure I have seen lots of other people add it to their original booking months and months out? Anyone any ideas on that?

Also, I don't have my gift card or anything yet - just an email saying what I will have... do these get sent to me or do I collect them from the hotel when I get there?

Thanks all!

Don't panic yet the paperwork is always in the last couple of weeks. You will get a little book full
Of vouchers and the gift card and a letter with 'strips' in it indicating your room res, ticket allocation and dining plan if you have one. Give that it when you check in and they swap it for your key to the world cards which have your park tickets and dining plan loaded onto them. You do need to call for the Wishes/illuminations though and you get a booking number like an ADR number. That said. You also get a ticket for them in the voucher book. I didn't book in advance last year because the spots aren't that great but turned up randomly to both with the tickets and got in. The cast member had no idea what they were mind......

Sorry I also meant to add. I agree with the above. My room requests made in advance have been completely ignored four times. Twice they have been met when I asked at check in, once partially met and once they could not give me the room location I really wanted as the hotel was full. They did move me somewhere I preferred though.

This has also happened to me but I must admit they have always done their best to accommodate. Like u the once they were full but offered to move us the next day.
