Contact info for resort airline check-in?

Oh boy, is our suitcase lost! We did RAC from POP, and they took the suitcase. DH checked-in for JetBLue, but they only printed his boarding pass from JFK to PWM; no pass for MCO to JFK. Woman at the desk had her supervisor come out and he couldn't print DH's boarding pass either, so we had to go to the airport. Went to MCO, got the boarding pass, agent asks, "Did you check a bag? It says you did but there's no tracking number with it." Whoooo boy! Sure enough we got to Portland and no suitcase. We filled out the info about the suitcase and DH's itinerary, and JetBlue has put a tracer on it, but says it's Disney's responsibility. SO... who exactly runs the RAC at POP and HOW do I get in touch with them? JetBlue at PWM had no idea... I am starting a list of what was in that suitcase as I fear our stuff is history.

RAC is run by BAGS, not Disney.

Thanks... I knew Disney doesn't run RAC, but I didn't know who does!
