We recently stayed on our DVC points at AKV Kidani. Does anyone know of the Email address to write to guest relations regarding our recent stay? I want to make sure my information is read. Specifically for DVC. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

We have found the most effective approach lately has been to grab a chat session online, but those can be unavailable many times, too.

The email address I've seen posted before on DISboards is:
dvcmembersatisfactionteam@disneyvacationclub.com

Apparently the Member Satisfaction Team is in the executive offices of DVC (or so I've read here).

Appreciate the info. I have sent an Email to that address ... All I want is a response showing some respect to my issues. Not looking for any freebies or anything. I just want to know they are listening.

There's also an email form you can access via DisneyVacationClub.com/feedback or via the Contact Us link on the member website.

They are not listening. I was displeased on a trip in 2019 and they just wanted to throw credit on my account. I specifically discussed that I wanted to be heard, not that I wanted remuneration. I felt that accepting credit on my account (it wasn't a room issue) would make them feel that they had taken care of my issue.

Next time I'll just take the credit, if I bother to voice my experience.

After a less then magical week recently at WDW I sent a detailed e-mail to the bob.chapek@disney.com e-mail. I wasn't looking for any type of reimbursement due to all the issues, just wanted to let them know of them since it they don't know they can't see about fixing them. Three says later I received a nice phone call from a cast member apologizing for the problems and said they would be bought to the various area managers to review.

Just curious to hear if you have heard back from the DVC side of the house. I had an issue over at the hotel side at the Grand Californian and I wrote the generic guest contact form email on Dec 23rd. Haven't heard back from them yet.

They're not. They can't even get the website working.

After a number of issues we had in general with a visit last month I e-mail the Bob.Chapek@disney.com address. I knew I wouldn't get a response from him but did get a phone call from a CM and we discussed all the problems.
