The email address I've seen posted before on DISboards is:We recently stayed on our DVC points at AKV Kidani. Does anyone know of the Email address to write to guest relations regarding our recent stay? I want to make sure my information is read. Specifically for DVC. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Apparently the Member Satisfaction Team is in the executive offices of DVC (or so I've read here).

The only email I got a response from was dvcmembersatisfactionteam@disneyvacationclub.comJust curious to hear if you have heard back from the DVC side of the house. I had an issue over at the hotel side at the Grand Californian and I wrote the generic guest contact form email on Dec 23rd. Haven't heard back from them yet.
