Customer care page here but they don't have a UK number its in France http://www.delta.com/help/contact_us/support_services/customer_care_offices/index.jsp
I ring the US when I need to speak to them.
Same page has email contact, its webmail rather than email.

Only number I have is for reservations-customer care on 0871 22 11 222, hope that helps.

the phone number is in the UK (44 is the UK international code)
the french phone number is different

Ok, I didn't check the number, just saw it was a French address. I remember ringing a few years ago and I got thru to AirFrance rather than Delta so I always ring Delta in the US now.
