Contact email for club level?

Hello, in the past I have received an email from the club level staff in regards to our upcoming trip. I have not received anything but wanted to see if they could help with some information. Does anyone know the email or phone number for AKL club level? Thanks!

Note- I tried the email address from a couple of years ago and it comes back as not a valid address and the phone number routes to main number. Which I am on hold …wait over 2 hours

Disney removed the individual resort "IPO" CL function a few years ago and centralized pre-arrival planning with Disney Signature Services: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/signature-services/

Disney Signature Services is here 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Please call (407) 939-7777 or email us at disney.signature.services@disneyworld.com

DSS is effectively the same thing as the old IPO setup, the CMs just aren't physically at the resort and are disconnected from actual CL resort operations.

Some guests also report outreach directly from AKL CL in the days leading up to check in, but the normal pre-arrival concierge type functions are handled through DSS.
