Thanks to those who responded to my questions about restaurants at the Royal Pacific. Does anyone know if the continental breakfast(near the check-in) is free and if not, about how much are the items. Also, do you know if Jake's serves breakfast. Thank you in advance.

Sorry, it's not free. I never did check the prices, but a similar spread at PBH costs $2.50 for a bagel and around $2 to $2.50 for coffee. Jake's doesn't have breakfast, but another RPH restaurant has a breakfast buffet (I can't remember the name). Their continental breakfast buffet costs around $7.
