Is this site legit? It says I can get $250 VISA card but I'm afraid to give my info. Does anybody know about this company?

sure, if you sign up for all of the trial offers as you go though the survey probably spending $250 to get the $250.

ps.. I am right in the middle of a consumer incentive rewards survey thought a gpt program but you make about $.60 from in by not signing up with all those offers.

There are plenty of ways for you to earn some money online.. without forking out money. Come over to the rewards board and there are a few links. The one I do know I have made over $200 in less than 2 months.
