I understand it's not due to open until late 2013, so it'll definitely still be happening this September.

Sea Breeze Point is on the Boardwalk near EPCOT so the construction isn't interfering with ceremonies there. That is unless they are doing something entirely different at that location as well!

Thanks for the info, think we will move it to the sea breaze point as I certainly do not want construction going on our wedding day! Not impressed really that it hasn't even been mentioned until we found this site looking for something completely different!

It is fairly private. It is located along a walkway between the Beach Club and Boardwalk Inn. You will probably have a few people watching from the sidewalk, but I've never heard of bride caring or even really noticing other people during the ceremony. It was a major concern for DF and once he saw it in person, he felt fine. We even watched the tail end of a wedding when we were visiting in November.
