Construction Question

Are BWI, AKL, BC, POFQ, or POLY going through construction or refurbs?
If so, what is the impact on guests with regards to noise and seeing construction equipment?

There's a few projects here and there, but the big one is CB going a major refurbishment. They were offering people either $75/night in Disney Gift Cards to stay, or moving them at no charge, usually to POR. I believe the gift cards stopped, so if you book it now, you get what you get.

I haven't seen anything about any of those resorts currently going through a refurb.

I was at BWI a couple of weeks ago and they are doing some outside stuff like painting but otherwise, I didn't notice anything and that didn't bother me at all. We visited AKL while there and didn't see anything going on there. I think YC is getting room renovations but BC is done.

If you are staying in a resort with refurbishments, you may or may not see construction apparatus and hear work during the day. It will depend on where they are working vs where you are.
For the Major projects happening at CBR and CSR, in my opinion, there will be major impact on views and noise for a while to come.
