Construction Near CSR?

Does anyone know what is going in near CSR?

Construction looked like road work in July but now looks like they are clearing a large area few hundred feet off the road.

Anyone?

I read in an internet article about a new north south toll road running west of WDW and just east of Orange Lake Resort (resort on Route 192, not Disney) with a "west gate" connector into WDW, the connector tapping off the toll road about a mile north of 192 and going north of Animal Kingdom and curving down to hit Buena Vista in the vicinity of Blizzard Beach. That would take it near Coronado Springs.

The new toll road will also have an interchange at 192, there is ongoing construction there something like 3 miles west of WDW Main Gate. The north end of the new road will be on Florida's Turnpike west of downtown Orlando, the south end will be on I-4, a few miles south of 192.
