Considering Renting Points for May 2005 Trip

We are thinking our next Disney trip will be from May 1, 2005 to May 7, 2005 and really think we would like to stay at Beach Club Villas in a studio. Since BCV is a DVC resort, I have been reading posts to get info about the resort and that is how I stumbled upon renting points. Can anyone tell me how many points I would need to rent for those dates? And when I should really get serious about making arrangements? I know it more than a year in advance but I want to make sure I know what I am doing when the time comes.

You would need 94 points in a studio for those 6 nights. If you took off the Friday night you would need 65 points.
