Considering Paradise Pier, have questions

We currently have reservations at DI&S, but with an orbitz code, we are now considering Paradise Pier. There are 5 of us, so the extra space at DI&S is enticing. I may be willing to budge to stay on property. Do Paradise Pier charge to park? We will have a rental. What is the walk like from there to the gates? Is there a microwave?

Yes, parking is $17 per night. The walk is lengthy compared to DI&S, but it is manageable if you cut through the GCH. No microwave that I remember, but there is one in the small restaurant on the first floor that you can use.

PP answered all your questions but I just want to chime in with you will have EMH everyday of your stay at Paradise Pier. Priceless especially at DCA. Happy planning!

Yes you get the daily EMH!!!!! You'll have 2 doubles and a sofa bed which can sleep 5. And the walk to the parks is very easy when you cut through GCH!

We are staying for a second time at PP in a few weeks. I have stayed at all three resort hotels and while PP isn't as nice DLH or the GCH, we still really like it. I like the pull-out bed so our kids don't have to share, EMH, and the walk isn't bad at all. It is about the same as walking from the HOJO except it seems shorter, I think because it is more enjoyable to walk through the GCH. When it's hot you are out of the sun, there are bathrooms along the way , and we also spend a lot of time in DCA so using the GCH entrance makes the walk even shorter.
