I know that we have no real answers but does anyone think we’ll be cruising by October. The cruise is the same price, same ports. Not sure if I should be safe and stick with February or try to go sooner.

I'm booked for the Disney Fantasy Halloween sailing (10/30 for 7 nights) and I still have faith that it will happen.

We are booked for September. I am feeling hopeful that we will sail. You could keep your current booking and add the October sailing. If October works out, you can always cancel the February sailing in plenty of time for a refund [or go in February too].

We're on that sailing as well. I have to hope that by October that sailing is a thing. If it starts in July for other Cruise Lines, by October:?? I just really hope it goes. pirate:

We booked an October cruise and then cancelled it in favor of March 2022. I don’t want to keep playing the will they won’t they game, especially since we already have plenty of FCC. If DCL announces a definite start date, I may rebook. If not, don’t want to be stressing about should I book airfare, when to ask off vacation days at work etc. all while DCL holds on to my deposit.

this is us too. Had a November 2021 cruises (actually B2b). After 8 cancellations and moves, I'm numb now. Moved my November cruises months ago. Now my next cruise is late February. I have 4 cruises booked for 2022. I have placeholders on all so keep moving. While the November cruises may go, we already decided we didn’t want to be part of the startup cruises. Our entire family is fully vaccinated, but are still in wait and see mode. Now we may consider a gty cruise in the fall if it feel right, but are fine waiting until the end of February 2022.

I have hope. I have very recently booked a cruise in October.

I’d almost guarantee we’re sailing by then...my concern would be over WHAT sailing will look like in October. You’d have a better shot at “normal” in February - if the virus keeps trending down and after they’ve had a few months to work out the kinks!
