considering another resale ?'s

I am considering another resale. It has a different use year (Oct) than my current one (March)and is at a different location (BWV vs. OKW). I am a fairly concrete thinker and not terribly innovative in my vacation planning as I have noticed on this board. Do others in a similar situation find this cumbersome or does it make planning more difficult with the 11 and 7 month booking windows at 2 resorts with fairly disparate use years? Please tell me some of your strategies or the difficulties you have encountered. Thanks

I know this isn't a direct answer but why not consider doing a direct purchase with MB. It should make the cost about the same since there are no closing costs. All use years are now avail. with the recent addition of points.

I know having 2 homes (and thinking about a 3rd) with the same use year, I have to be very specific and check on MS as to which points to use. I am sure from all the posts I have read it is very possible to manage multiple use years but unless there is a benefit to you (ie specific travel times and wanting time for back-up plans if you have to cancel) I'm not sure why you would want to bother with the extra thoughts.

I have two use years and two resorts. It is relatively simple to keep track of everything. Just make sure that when you are talking with MS that you are both clear which contract you are working with.
