Considering 100point add on-Question

If I were to buy 100 pt add on at BLT.. Would I get 2008 and 2009 points? Would I get to pick my use year?

You would only get 2009 points as there are no 2008 BLT points. If it is an add on, you would get the same UY. You must add on at least 160 at BLT to get a different UY since it would be considered a new master contract with its own member #.
