Will do.

Here is a prayer we use in our family.

Healing Prayer
O' Father G_d, O' love divine
In faith we meet in numbers few
The power to heal is only thine,
Our only hope our trust in Thee,
To use this power 'O Lord divine,
To heal the sick, we humbly pray
Acknowledging the work is thine.
We thank Thee Father day by day
We ask Thy aid and humbly say
Thy will be done, Thy will be done.
Amen.

:)

DS16....I also said this for your Mom. It is a lovely prayer!

On a happy note, today begins our official 60 day countdown to WDW Spring Break 09!!!!!!

Woohoo!!

We are doing BWV this year. We have never stayed there (did visit their pool once). The boys LOVE the roller coaster clown slide. I like the close proximity to EPCOT's world pavillion. I have this dream of drinking my way around WS. Never done it before.....never even got close......but I wonder if that is simply because of the looooooooong walk/stagger/crawl back to the monorail/busses I was dreading.

Cannot wait. We are taking one set of grandparents and my sister's family with us. The nice thing about this, is we can all fit into one Grand Villa. Last time we had 22 people with us so we really had to spread out room wise.

Should be a wonderful trip.

DW insists we give Disney a shot at emptying the wallet a bit more and look at Bay Lake resort. I intend to play tough on this, given the recent financial downturn. She asked about it tonight and I simply said two words:

"Dodd" and "Franks"

Fun! That will be a wonderful trip....unfortunately, if I talked about going on a vacation with family, I probably wouldn't be that enthusiastic -- ;)

I do have a question about your claim as 'world's worst fastpass strategist' - do you have any cautionary tales in this regard? So that I don't achieve the same claim?

Hi all. Hope all's well with everyone.

My mom has her first surgery tomorrow, which is the biopsy of the 2nd area that they couldn't get in the Dr.'s office. She'll be knocked out for it (it'll be done in the hospital). It's not supposed to take long, but I'm a nervous wreck and really agitated right now. Prayers for her are still appreciated, as are prayers for me. As it is now they think she needs around 5 weeks of radiation, but no chemo. I pray that that stays that way. I've only been more scared than this once in my life, and that was when my grandfather had a massive stroke. Stressful time.

I'm not posting much, but still reading. Please continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers, tonight and tomorrow especially.

You and your mom will be in my thoughts and prayers. I have a friend/co-worker who was diagnosed with breast cancer a few years ago, and she was about 40yo at the time with two young children. She did require surgery, but did not require chemo, and did have the radiation for five weeks. She's doing quite well, and barely missed a day of work during her treatment.

I think I missed your original post, but I'm assuming it's the same thing with your mom? It truly should be a quick procedure tomorrow, but I know that doesn't lessen the worry or the stress.

I have pretty much mastered DAK (even have a sit-down meal for everyone figured into the "Master Plan".....but the other parks just don't flow for me......

Pretty much the only way I can get MK to work is by going to the DVC member welcome party held every Wed at SSR and I abase myself for some neato ultimate FASTPASSES. each one has 4 FASTPASSES on it and they are instant ie you can ride right away.

Now, I could tell you of our last trip to WDW where DW was presented with a set of 4ea YOMD FASTPASSES for each ride in MK.......but that would be a whole 'nother story.

hehe

Uh, oh.... More bad vibes for Mr. Planet Healer! Al Qaeda #2 has officially blamed him for the IDF attacks in Gaza:
(CNN) -- An audio message reportedly from al Qaeda's deputy chief vows revenge for Israel's air and ground assault on Gaza and calls the Jewish state's actions against Hamas militants "a gift" from U.S. President-elect Barack Obama.

The speaker, identified as Ayman al-Zawahiri, addresses Muslims in Gaza. He said the violence "is one part of a series of a crusade war against Islam and these air strikes are a gift from Obama before he takes office, and (Egyptian President) Hosni Mubarak, that traitor, is the main partner in your siege and killing."
...
The 10-minute message also address Muslims worldwide, claiming that Obama was portrayed as "the savior who will come and change American policy" during the U.S. election but is now "killing your brothers and sisters in Gaza without mercy or even pity."

We were quite disappointed that Sommerfest, in Germany, has stopped selling Yagermeister and Schnapps.:sad1: We did collect a nice set of light-up glasses from France:rolleyes: It's amazing the things you must have after a few...**hiccups**...drinks.

Yeah, she was muttering something about "middle class tax cut" under her breath as she walked away......or maybe I just burped and it sounded like that.......

Sad to hear about the Jagermeister.....although my wife (who is German) thinks it is hilarious that Jager is so highly regarded in the States. Back in Bavaria, it is effectively mouth-wash........

I just smile and tell her that my breath smells MARVELOUS!!!
