We did this for our Dec. trip. I made my Priority Seatings at the 60 day window, then joined Connections for their 1 month trial - it only costs $1. I ordered 10 quick and casual vouchers, and 8 adult breakfast vouchers and 2 children's breakfast vouchers.
We had PS for both Epcot's PSB and CRT. These breakfasts are 21.99 plus tax and gratuity for adults - the vouchers were $17.50. This includes both tax and gratuity and there is no charge for shipping. We did leave the servers a little extra for their good service though - I think the vouchers give them 12 percent, so we added enough that they would get at least 20 percent.
After I received all the vouchers and received their paperwork in the mail, I called the 800 number to cancel. They did try to convince me to keep it, but I explained that I lived in Northern NH, so there weren't any of the restaurants or stores that they give cards for, and she very nicely cancelled it for me - I was never charged the other amount.
The quick and casual vouchers worked well for us - Disney meals are usually too much food - so we split meals. We did waste the desserts we bought one night - we brought them up to our room, but no one was hungry enough to eat them. They were too big to fit in our ice bucket, and we didn't have a fridge. We ended up throwing them out. We did save a substantial amount though!
