Connections voucher question

Told a friend about the q and c vouchers (used them in Oct.). She wanted to know where they can be used. I looked on Mousesavers today and it seems there is less info than before. I know I saw a post that had scanned the back of a voucher and had the info on it. I used search but can't seem to find it. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
