Well, it finally happened. I have a problem with Connections. I have been lucky up until now.
On Sept 15 I ordered a 4 day hopper pass and breakfast voucher. Didn't receive it after 5 days and called to inquire. They told me that they now use regular mail and that it was usually 7-10 days. That it was mailed on the 16th.
After 11 days, I called back. Was told that it was mailed on the 16th and that they had to do some research as the the status of this hopper and the mail. This was a Friday and she said it was to be investigated on Monday and it usually takes 24 hours and they will call me.
Well, on Wednesday, 48 hours later, I called back...talked to someone who told me that it was investigated and that they will be calling me in a few days. I asked him what the status was and what they will do...his exact words were "They will remail them since it was their fault " and to call back on October 6 if I have not heard anything from them.
Called today...this is where it gets bad. Explained what the situation was--now, she treated me like I was stupid and didn;t know what I was talking about "Investigate?" Then the hold thing came on....I was on hold 20 minutes....then she came back....finally a supervisor came on.
She first told me that they didn't finish investigating yet...then when I told her that last week they told me they were done, then she told me they were at my post office.....I asked her how they were sent and she said regular mail...so then I asked her how she knew they were at the post office...then she went back to the story that they were not done investigating yet...
Anyway, she finally told me that I needed to call my post office because they needed more time to investigate!
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get a phone number to call to actually talk to someone in authority?
I remember a while ago someone had a number of a supervisor.
I know----I am done with Connections when this is over with.
