Connections Casual L & D Places

Hi, going to WDW next week. Other then Beaches & Cream, what are the best places to use these vouchers?
Also, I have 3yo twins and we want to go to O'Hana's. They do not eat, do we still have to pay for them? Thanks for your help.

Since O'hanas is a buffet/all you can eat place and your children are over 3 years old, you will have to pay the children's price for them.

Can't answer your questions about the Q&C places - am only familar with B&C.
