Connecting traveling group on the app

We are traveling with a group of 8 in February, and right now I have everyone's tickets and reservations on the app on my phone because I purchased all of the tickets. This works for the time being because I am the planner (big surprise on this board) and everyone looks to me to arrange everything. However, I'd like for my oldest DD to be able to have access to her ticket and the tickets for her DH and two children, and I am not sure how to link the accounts. I'm sure there is something very simple that I am missing! We were able to do this a few years back at WDW with the "My Disney Experience" app, and I don't remember it being difficult to figure out. I believe we just linked reservations.

Last time I tried asking a question on the app it took 10 hours to get a canned response. I figured this is a much better place to get answers! Thanks for the help!

You can also simply tell her the login and password. That’s what my husband, son and I do.

They won't listen to you and simply not charge things? I guess my family is different, but I'd respect my parents if they told me not to use their card (heck, I wouldn't even THINK to use someone else's credit card to buy something anyways) I dunno, just seems odd if she's older and on her own with her own children, unless I miss understood your post.

There are a couple things you can do. When you are all physically together, she can use the Disney app on her phone to scan each of her family's tickets into her app. You could accomplish the same thing by sending screenshots of the tickets but I am super paranoid and wouldn't be willing to send around screenshots of tickets that hadn't yet been redeemed. You could also send her the numbers under the barcode and she could type them in to attach the tickets. Again, since I'm super paranoid I would probably read them out over the phone rather than just e-mail or text the numbers.

We had an issue trying to link things on a previous trip. We stopped at the concierge desk at our resort for help, and they had everything linked in no time.

We have an average of 10 on our regular trips and it surges to 15. Everyone has their own Disneyland app. So right now you have everything on your app. So have your DD sign up for an app. Then she goes to the app, bottom right corner (three line), click there, choose Tickets and Passes, might need to click a plus button ini upper right, choose Link Tickets. ON YOUR PHONE, bring up the app and her ticket. She will take a scan the bar code and it will load on her phone. Same for her hubby and kids. If you aren't close in space, you can send her hubby screen shots and she can scan from there. In our group, everyone has everyone else's tix on their phone as it makes it easier to get thru the gates.

Thank you all for the help! It's not that I think she would purposely charge on the account, but if they decided to do a mobile food order or something in COULD happen. I am sure at some point they will want to go off and do their own thing, and I just want to give them the freedom to do so.

I get it. My daughter put her credit card on one of my grocery stores so we could share the account. It somehow became the first one listed and I can't change it short of deleting it. I just need to remember to change it to my card (second on the list) when I order. Guess what? She's buying my groceries today! (I missed it this morning in a hurry...)
