Connecting Rooms

I called Disney to make reservations at the CBR with connecting rooms. They said they could not guarantee I would get connecting rooms. Our group consists of 4 adults and 5 kids. We were hoping to get 3 rooms and put the kids in the middle room. Does anyone know how I can get them to guarantee the connecting rooms?

Did you tell them minor children would be in a room by themselves? I was always under the impression if small children were involved they did guarantee the connecting rooms. But then again we were told that because we needed connecting rooms due to medical problems they would be guaranteed also but that wasn't the case when we checked in. Call them back and ask again but make sure they put it on your confirmation papers somewhere.

We have never stayed at CBR but each time we asked for connecting rooms they weren't guaranteed but we did get them. I too believe if they know there are minor children they will guarantee them. I could be wrong but I believe that only two rooms will be connected to each other.

I don't think there are three connecting rooms. I've never seen two connecting doors in one room. One family should be able to get connecting rooms and it should be guaranteed. Our family of five (two adults and three minor children) has always received guaranteed connecting rooms when we had rooms that only slept four and there were three minor children. Try again and see what happens with a different CM.
