You can request connecting rooms at all values and at all room levels. They are not a bookable category but are only a request. This means there is always a chance you will not get them.

Link your reservations together and it increases your chances of getting connecting/adjoining/near by.

The room assigner will see you are "linked" and at least make an effort to do so.

Depending on how busy the resort is, they may/may not be able to fulfill your request of connecting, but you may at least get adjoining or near to each other.

I called this morning to book 2 rooms at pop for our family of 5. They cm told me only music had connecting rooms and they were only preferred and none were avaiable. We are just going to sleep in the rooms so has long as they are near each other I would be happy.

Call back and explain that you would like connecting rooms at Pop Century. You either had a miscommunication with the CM or s/he didn't know what s/he was talking about. Good luck.

Well, that's just plain wrong. All resorts have some connecting rooms. But, it's sometimes hard to get them.
If you are going at a less busy time of year, you may be able to get them...call back and get a different CM. You may be able to get them, or, you may not. Unless you're an adult, traveling with 4 kids, it's nothing they will 'promise' you. They will feel that 2 adults can split up and one can stay in each room with the kids.

Well, that's just plain wrong. All resorts have some connecting rooms.

1) Correct !
2) OK, so FW cabins aren't connecting.
3) Also, remember
. . . connecting or adjoining rooms ARE NEVER guaranteed
. . . repeated, NEVER
. . . regarding what it might say on your ressie confirmation
. . . however the "ROOMS" cast member will do his/her best
